PAYMENT TERMS
Please note that in order to book your class online, you will need to purchase an appropriate package/pass directly at our studio first. You can conveniently check our schedule online to find availability for your preferred class, however, if you are a non-member, please contact us to reserve your first spot.
Please note that prepayment will be required prior to attending the class. All purchases are non-refundable. We are a CASHLESS Studio. We do accept payments by credit card and bank transfer. All indicated prices are including 11% TAX.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE POLICY
If you are unable to attend your class, please cancel or reschedule by 14:00 PM the day before your class. Not showing up or cancelling late will result in a loss of credit for that class. If there are less than three clients booked for a group class, we may cancel the class or ask to reschedule it at least 12 hours before the scheduled time. We reserve the right to do so. We will always notify our clients as soon as possible if this occurs, and we will offer alternative class options or a full refund of any prepaid sessions. Thank you for your understanding.
